Navigraph Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-11

This privacy policy applies to Navigraph.

Data Collection

Navigraph records your browsing navigation history — page URLs, titles, visit times, and transitions between tabs — and stores it locally on your device. This data is used only to draw your personal navigation graph and is never uploaded to any server.

File System Access

Your navigation graph and session data are stored locally in the browser's IndexedDB / LocalStorage inside the extension's own storage. You can clear all data at any time from the extension's options page.

Permissions

Navigraph requests the following Chrome permissions: tabs and webNavigation (to observe page navigation), webRequest (to correlate network requests with your browsing path), storage (to save your graph locally), contextMenus, and activeTab. A content script runs on the pages you visit to draw the in-page navigation sidebar.

Network Requests

Navigraph does not send any data to external servers. The webRequest permission is used only to observe request metadata locally on your device.

Third-Party Services

Navigraph contains no third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services.
